How to order

All items are 100% customised and personal to you.

Everything is carefully cut by hand and sewn either by free motion machine embroidery or by hand. Some items have vinyl detailing and all badges have metal safety pin badge backs sewn into the back. Pet rosettes and bows have elastic so they slip easily onto your pets collar.

If there's a colour or colours you would like to change that's no problem at all, please pop all the information along with the wording, name and age required on your item in the "Order Special Instructions" when you get to the "Cart" page.

If there's anything you would like but don't see in the shop (character, vehicle etc),  please message me and I will be more than happy to help bring it to life. Contact me at madebymelittleg@gmail.com 

Turn around time is approximately 10 working day, we will endeavour to get your orders out to you before this but we can’t guarantee this will be the case at all times. 

We only ship within the UK.

Returns & Cancellations

As everything that we make is personalised and made to your own special requests, unless a mistake is made on our part, returns and refunds cannot be made. We will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
